First, import the MED-CMG™ data into Cystometry Analysis. Cystometry Analysis displays up to four data traces in the main window in an easy-to-view "strip chart" fashion.
Several user-specified parameters can be set in order to optimize the analysis of micturition and non-void events.
Zoom in on the region of data to be analyzed, and place the analysis marks to define the micturition cycle start and end, the bladder pressure threshold, and the previous cycle's bladder threshold pressure.
Running the analysis routine finds the void event and any non-void contractions within the cycle of interest. Results are added to the spreadsheets at the bottom of the window. Results can be saved to a text file that can be opened and analyzed in any spreadsheet software, such as Excel.
Cystometry Analysis software also allows the user to print a report documenting the results. This feature is very useful for creating a hard copy record of each cystometry experiment.
